The classic Californian treat, this easy drinking blush wine offers fresh floral
notes on the nose and palate. It is medium bodied
with pleasing berry flavoursand a soft, off dry finish.
German Piesporter with Süss Reserve Pack™
Off-dry and extremely aromatic, this easy
drinking German classic is packed with a nose
of honey and fresh roses.The palate is soft
and fruity, offering medium acidic notes with
traces of peaches and tropical fruit.
German Gewüztraminer with Süss Reserve Pack™ This off-dry wine has bold tropical fruits on the palate and a lovely smooth finish. Our proprietary Süss Reserve Pack, along with elderflowers creates a softly structured, floral wine with balanced crisp acidity.
Ontario Sauvignon Blanc:
Full-bodied and very expressive, this wine
presents bold herbal tones and fresh citrus
flavours. Straw in colour with a refreshing
grassy nose, it produces a long and fruity finish.
South African Chenin Blanc: Called "Steen" when grown in South Africa, this graceful wine is light-bodied with a pale staw colour. The fruity scented nose has hints of green apple and lemon with a sbtle floral bouquet rounding out the nowe. On the palate the wine is delightfully refreshing.

Australian Cabernet Sauvignon:
The warm Southern sun produces a bold Cabernet Sauvignon with the varietal's signature nose: black currants, dark chocolate and subtle toasty notes. Fermented with Cabernet GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins and toasted American oak produce a full-bodied wine with hints of coffee laced with vanilla notes.
BC Pinot Noir: Fine aromas of black cherries and farm
fresh strawberries treat the nose in this ruby
coloured wine. Silky tannins grace the palate,
while subtle notes of black pepper and spice
round out the experience.
California Shiraz : Shiraz boldly exhibits flavours of raspberries
and peppery spice, blended in harmony to
create an elegant, remarkably smooth wine.
Full-bodied in character, the Shiraz GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins and American and French oak blend to deliver soft, balanced tannins and a lingering, smooth finish.
California Zinfandel : One of the oldest grapes grown in California this deep, rich red is an irresistable mix of dark berries with a hint of spice. Nicely balanced acidity and oak blend harmoniously with Zinfandel GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins accenting its fruity overtones.
Chilean Malbec: With cool temperatures and plenty of sunshine Chile has ideal growing conditions for this full-bodied wine. Complimented by warm spice notes Malbec boasts aromas and flavours of ripe blackberry and backcurrant. The addition of our Merlot GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins creates a chewy, deep rustic red wine with intense cherry flavours and blended oak undertones..
Italian Barolo : This Italian classic is intense and full-bodied, luxurious flavours of dark plums and chocolate greet the nose. Hints of blackberries, toasted oak and spices on the palate are enhanced by the presence of Sangiovese GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins.
Italian Brunello: One of Italy's most popular exports, this powerful classic is full and expressive on the palate with lively cherry fruit and a brisk acidity, supported by ample smooth tannins. Our Sangiovese GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins and oak shaving provide a deep and lingering finish to this garnet wine.
Italian Primitivo: Rich in nature this rustic European wine opens up with a luscious bouquet of ripe black cherry and delicate spices underlaid with a hint of toasted oak. Our Italian Primitivo fermented on Zinfandel GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins is blessed with well rounded smooth tannins, berry fruit and a long, complex finish.
